Boxing Classes, Semi-Privates, Book a Bag
Boxing Classes are a full body group workout that includes strength and conditioning, boxing, and core, lead by one of our skilled trainers. Learn key boxing skills as you improve your cardio and strength, all while having fun! All experience levels are welcome!
Semi-Private sessions are perfect for those looking for more individualized training. These sessions cap at 4 people.
Book a Bag gives you access to use the gym and train independently. *Trainer not included!
Personal Training sessions are booked by appointment via phone or email.
